When you use the enquiry or booking form on this site we collect what you type: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, your message, and for bookings your preferred Thursday and time. We use it to reply to you, to arrange the call you asked for and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and emails them to us. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives the technical request for the font files, including your IP address, when the page loads.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and only if you agree. When you first visit you are asked whether to accept it. Say no and no analytics cookies are set, the site works identically and your choice is remembered on your device. Say yes and Google Analytics sets its cookies and receives usage data, with IP anonymisation switched on. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the choice back. We set no other cookies.
Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as we need them to handle your matter and our correspondence, and then deleted. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. Email matthew@unightuk.co.uk and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
